OnePlus Ace 2 Pro’s new leak reveals key specifications, two charging options
OnePlus is said to be working on its first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip-powered flagship phone, dubbed the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro. It will be the third member of the Ace 2 family, which already includes the Ace 2 and Ace 2V smartphones that are powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and Dimensity 9000 chipsets, respectively. The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is expected to break cover as early as next month in China. Today, tipster Digital Chat Station leaked the key specifications of the upcoming Pro model.

The tipster revealed that the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will have an OLED screen with curved edges and narrow bezels. The screen will support a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and also support high-frequency dimming.
Qualcomm is likely to announce the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 chip at some point this month or by early July. It is said to be an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It is said that the iQOO 11S and the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will be the first phones to feature it. Today’s leak reveals that the OnePlus flagship will be equipped with a new vapour chamber liquid cooling unit with a large surface area.
The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is also tipped to feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary camera with OIS support. However, there is no information available on the auxiliary cameras of the device. It is said to pack a 5,000mAh battery and will come in two fast charging options, such as 100W and 150W. The Ace 2 Pro is likely to debut in July or August in China.
