OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite again spotted on a certification, moniker and model number revealed

OnePlus Nord CE 4, recently launched in India, will soon have its sibling, the CE 4 Lite 5G. This new lite version of the CE4 has been in the news for quite some time now. And now, it has been seen on Singapore’s IMDA certification, revealing its model number.

Before I share the details found on the IMDA certification, let me provide some background on earlier findings. Previously, model number CPH2621 was spotted on Eurofins and the Geekbench database. It was assumed to be the OnePlus Nord 4. Additionally, a tipster previously stated that model number CPH2619 is associated with the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G. According to the tipster, CE 4 Lite will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SOC.

However, today’s IMDA certification has cleared the air. The certification shows that model number CPH2621 is associated with the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G. Earlier, CPH2621 was spotted on Eurofins certification, which revealed a battery capacity of 5,500 mAh and suggested it may ship with 80W fast charging.

According to the Geekbench listing, the model number “CPH2621” could be powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3. However, I have doubts here as well. OnePlus Nord CE 4 comes with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SOC, so why would OnePlus launch the lite variant with a better processor? I feel the Geekbench listing might also be incorrect.

At this stage, we only have the Eurofins certification to rely on, which shows a 5,500 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
