Recently, an OPPO phone with model number PGJ110 was approved by China’s TENAA certification platforms. The TENAA listing did not reveal the specifications, but only the images of the device. Now, the phone is listed in the product library of China Telecom. As usual, it has revealed the specifications, variants, and price of the device.
OPPO A2 Pro 5G price, variants
As per the listing, the OPPO A2 Pro 5G will come in options such as 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. These variants are listed for 2,099 Yuan ($285), 2,299 Yuan (~$313), and 2,499 Yuan (~$340), respectively, in the China Telecom listing. It is expected to debut on Sept. 15 and go on sale from Sept. 22.
Readers should note that the final price of the device could be different from what’s mentioned in this listing. The device will be available in three shades: Vast Black, Desert Brown, and Dusk Cloud Purple.
OPPO A2 Pro 5G specifications
The OPPO A2 Pro 5G measures 162.66 x 74.28 x 7.99mm and weighs 190 grams. It has a 6.7-inch OLED display that offers Full HD+ resolution of 2412 x 1080 pixels and probably a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to run on ColorOS 13-based Android 13.
The device has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, and its rear shell has a 64-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel macro / depth sensor. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity MT6877T chip, which appears to be a renamed version of the Dimensity 1080. This indicates the device could be powered by the Dimensity 7050 chip.
The OPPO A2 Pro will ship with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. It packs a 5,000mAh battery, but there is no word on its fast charging capabilities.
