OPPO Find N3 camera, display specifications tipped again ahead of September launch
OPPO is expected to announce the Find N3 Flip vertically foldable phone and the OPPO Watch 4 Pro on Aug. 29 in China. The Find N3, featuring a horizontally foldable display, is expected to debut in September. The rumor mill has already leaked the key specifications, but there have been some discrepancies in the camera configurations in recent reports. In the latest leak, Digital Chat Station has once again shared what appear to be final details about the cameras and displays of the Find N3.
DCS’ latest Weibo post suggests that the early prototypes of the Find N3 featured two 48-megapixel cameras and a 64-megapixel snapper on the back. However, the early engineering unit is equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 64-megapixel periscope zoom camera.
In another Weibo post (now deleted), the tipster mentioned the camera specifications of the Find N3 Flip and Find N3. Both devices are equipped with a Sony IMX890 main camera and an IMX581 ultra-wide lens. The Find N3 Flip will have an IMX709 telephoto camera with 2x zoom, whereas the third camera on the Find N3 will be a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B telephoto or periscope zoom camera with 3x optical zoom.
Coming back to the latest, the tipster claimed that the Find N3 has a 7.82-inch internal foldable screen with a 20-megapixel camera. On the outside, the device will feature a 6.31-inch cover AMOLED display with a 32-megapixel front camera. The tipster says that he is unsure whether the device is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or the overlocked version of the chip, which also powers the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 and Honor Magic V2.
