OPPO’s upcoming foldable device, the OPPO Find N3, appears on the IMEI database. Previously, the device had also appeared on other certification platforms and its appearance on the IMEI database might be pointing to its launch that could be imminent.

This update comes from a tipster(@Mukul Sharma) on the Twitter platform who has spotted the upcoming OPPO Find N3 on the IMEI database. The device has been spotted with the model number, CPH2499, and its moniker has been mentioned on the database.

Nothing much has been revealed about the smartphone from its appearance on the IMEI database.
Speaking about the certifications the smartphone has received, OPPO’s Find N3 had recently received China’s 3C certification and, ahead of which, was certified by different certification bodies of Thailand and Indonesia. The OPPO Find N3 could be the first foldable form factor smartphone from OPPO that is to have its launch in the global market as well, in comparison to its predecessors which were exclusive only to the Chinese market.
Regarding its specifications, the upcoming OPPO Find N3 is expected to be lighter and slimmer than its previous two models and is expected to be backed by a 4,805 mAh battery with a 67W wired and 50W wireless fast charging features. The device is also anticipated to feature a periscope zoom lens as well. The 3C certification platform also suggested that the device would be bundled up with a 50W+50W dual port charger.
As far as its launch is concerned, the device is expected to have its launch in the month of August or September of 2023. OnePlus is also going to launch its very first foldable device, the OnePlus Open, and certain reports state that the device could be the rebranded version of the Find N3 smartphone.
