OPPO Reno 11 Series Hands-On and Rear Panel Images Shared Online; Specifications Tipped
The Chinese smartphone maker, OPPO, unveiled its previous Reno 10 series devices in China this year in the month of May, and about six months later, the brand is reported to debut its next 11 series devices in the Chinese market soon.
The hands-on and rear panel images of the series have now surfaced online, revealing some of its design features. The specifications of the series have also been tipped.
Here’s more about it.
OPPO Reno 11 Series – Images and Tipped Specifications
The hands-on image (said to be of Reno 11’s and held by Chinese actor, Zhu Yilong) along with the rear panel image, gives us a great idea about how the upcoming Reno 11 series devices would look like from the back. A pill-shaped camera module with two circular inner modules can be spotted. There will also be two color variants – Green and White.
Speaking more about the camera module, the first inner circular module houses two of its cameras – likely the main camera and the ultrawide lens, and the bottom inner circular module has a pill-shaped cutout which might be for the periscope camera.
The hands-on image reveals the side panels with a Silver color finish for the White color variant. The rear panel image reveals the volume rocker and the power button to be on the right-side panel. To add, the power button is not a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and we can expect the upcoming devices to feature an under-display fingerprint sensor.
Coming to the specifications that have been tipped, the Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station via a Weibo post has shared that the Reno 11 smartphone is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 8200 chipset. The Reno 11 Pro device, on the other hand, has been tipped to come equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, featuring a 1.5K curved display screen.
The tipster has also mentioned that all the models will sport an IMX709 2X zoom telephoto camera, without a periscope. It has also been announced that the Reno 11 series will incorporate OPPO’s new HyperTone camera system too.
Regarding its launch, a recent update has pointed out that the Reno 11 series might be launching soon, in late November 2023, this month. Other updates also suggest the launch to take place in Q4 2023 itself.
