POCO 2311DRK48I spotted on BIS certification website, could be the upcoming POCO F6

Reportedly, the smartphone brand Redmi will be launching the Redmi K70 series this month only. Previously the devices from the series have been spotted on various certification websites while a lot of information has also been revealed about the upcoming series already.

Previous reports suggested that Redmi K70 and K70 Pro will be arriving as POCO F6 and POCO F6 Pro in the global markets. The launch of the POCO F6 series also seems to be near as recently a POCO device with model number 2311DRK48I was spotted on the BIS certification website confirming its Indian launch.

This device appears to be a POCO F6 device which is said to be the rebranded version of Redmi K70 as it carries a similar model number 2311DRK48C. Previously a similar POCO F6 model number (2311DRK48I) was revealed through the IMEI database. Recently the specifications of the Redmi K70 have also been tipped, let’s take a look.

Redmi K70: Specifications (expected)

The upcoming Redmi K70 smartphone has been tipped to arrive with Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and is expected to have an IP68-rated body with a metal frame. For its display, the smartphone might feature a 6.67″ flat display with a 2K screen resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and high-frequency PWM dimming. The display is also likely to have ultra-narrow bezels without plastic brackets.

The device may sport a 50MP OIS triple camera setup at its rear, with a telephoto lens having 2x/3x zoom capability. Regarding its battery, a 5500 mAh battery backup is expected on the device, along with a 100W+ fast charge feature.
