The smartphone brand Realme has been teasing the features of its latest Realme 12 Pro series for the past few days now and today the brand has officially unveiled this series in the Indian market. Let’s take a look at the pricing and specifications of this newly launched series.
Realme 12 Pro series: Pricing and Availability
Realme 12 Pro 5G arrives in Navigator Beige and Submarine Blue color variants. It comes with two storage options- 8GB/128GB priced at Rs.25,999 and 8GB/256GB priced at Rs.26,999. Realme 12 Pro+ 5G comes in Navigator Beige, Submarine Blue, and Explorer Red color variants. It arrives with three storage variants- 8GB/128GB priced at Rs.29,999, 8GB/256GB priced at Rs.31,999, and 12GB/256GB priced at Rs.33,999.
The first sale for this latest series will start on 6th February at 12 noon. It will be available for purchase via Realme.com, Flipkart, and stores nearby. The company is also offering benefits up to Rs.2000 on ICICI Bank transactions and A no-cost EMI facility for up to 12 months. The early access sale for this series will start from today at 6 PM onwards on Realme.com and Flipkart. Also, Realme 12 Pro+ 5G Explorer Red variant will be made available from 9th February onwards.
The pre-order booking starts today in India and offline consumers can avail of benefits of up to Rs.5,999 from today while online consumers can take benefit of pre-booking offers from tomorrow.
Realme 12 Pro series: Specifications
Both the devices sport a 6.7-inch OLED display that offers FHD+ screen resolution, 93% screen-to-body ratio, 2160 Hz PWM dimming, and 120Hz refresh rate. Both are backed by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 67W SuperVOOC charging. The devices run on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14. Both smartphones arrive with an IP65 rating.
Realme 12 Pro 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC that is paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. While Realme 12 Pro+ 5G is powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
If we talk about the camera section, Realme 12 Pro 5G packs up a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with OIS, 32MP Sony IMX709 telephoto sensor with OIS, 2x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. On the front, it features a 16MP selfie camera. On the other hand, Realme 12 Pro+ 5G packs up a triple rear camera unit that includes a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor with OIS, 64MP OmniVision OV64B sensor with OIS, and a 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra wide-angle camera sensor. On the front, it features a 32MP selfie camera.
