Realme Confirmed The Comeback Of Realme GT Series For India, While Realme GT Neo 6 more specs revealed officially
Realme recently announced the launch date of the Realme GT Neo 6 smartphone in China which is May 9th. The company has also confirmed that this smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. While the tech town was waiting for the rest of the updates about this upcoming smartphone a new update came and created buzz. This is about the comeback of the GT series in India. Realme India has posted a note written by Sky Li founder and CEO of Realme in which he talks about the six-year-long journey. He has thanked the loyal fans for being the pillar of success in this long journey.

The note mentions that there has been a rise in the mid-premium segment market and that is by 27% YoY. And in that domain, the company is serving through its number series and GT series. The founder says in the note “As we mark our 6-year anniversary, we are excited to reveal the return of our most loved flagship the sixth generation of the GT series soon”. This simply means that the company can soon launch the Realme GT 6 series smartphone though the moniker is still not confirmed. A while ago Realme GT 6 smartphone appeared on Indonesia’s SDPPI certification website with its model number and moniker. This smartphone has also appeared on SIRIM,  Geekbench, AnTuTu, BIS, TKDN, Camera FV5, and Eurofins certifications website not only confirming its near-global launch but also in India. After all this, it won’t be wrong to say that there is a high chance that the Realme GT series can make a comeback in India with the smartphone named Realme GT 6 which can be a repackaged version of the Realme GT Neo 6 smartphone. The last GT series phone that the Indian market saw was the Realme GT Neo 3. It’s sure that the company wants to make the GT series come back due to a rise in the sale of mid-premium segment smartphones not only in the global market but also in the Indian market.
The company has also confirmed a few specs of its upcoming smartphone Realme GT Neo 6 smartphone. These specs have been confirmed by the company’s official Weibo account in China. Let’s get to know about these specs in detail.
Specifications of Realme GT Neo 6
As per the recently confirmed specs, the smartphone will feature an 8T LTPO OLED display with up to 6,000 units of peak brightness. The smartphone is said to consume less energy and comes with Greenfield AI protection that can monitor eye fatigue. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. For better heat dissipation it will come with the 10,000 level VC and it will be backed by the 5,500mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.
The smartphone will also come with the Dual frequency GPS thus improving the accuracy and reliability of standard GPS. It is also confirmed to come in IP65 dustproof and waterproof body. If you see the images posted by the company closely you will see the 50MP engraved on the rear panel that confirms that the smartphone will come with the 50MP main camera. The design of the handset is similar to the recently launched Realme GT Neo 6 SE smartphone.
