Realme GT 5 Pro images appear, launch imminent

Realme recently confirmed that its next flagship phone for the Chinese market will be called the Realme GT 5 Pro. A new development reveals that a Realme phone with model number RMX3888 has appeared in the database of China’s MIIT certification platform. The images of the phone that have emerged through the certification have revealed its design for the first time.

The Realme GT 5 Pro images show that it has a curved-edge OLED display on the front. Rumours surrounding it have claimed that it will be featuring a BOE-supplied display, but it is unclear whether it will be equipped with the latest BOE X-series display, which will be seen on the upcoming OnePlus 12 or Ace 3.

Turning to the rear, the Realme GT 5 Pro boasts a circular camera module that houses what appears to be a triple camera arrangement alongside an LED flash. Positioned below the camera module is an unusually placed Realme logo.

The Realme GT 5 Pro is already confirmed to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which means it will be more powerful than the Realme GT 5, which debuted with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip onboard in August this year in China. The global division of Realme has started teasing a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered smartphone. This indicates that the company could be planning to launch the GT 5 Pro in the global market.
