The Chinese smartphone makers, Realme, a few days back, had teased a new smartphone device for the global market, and after many rumours and assumptions, the upcoming smartphone is revealed to be the GT 5 Pro device(likely).

Realme had confirmed the arrival of a new smartphone device that the brand plans to launch in the global market via its global Twitter handle, and the teaser image revealed had pointed that the smartphone will likely be having a periscope telephoto lens.
The camera module of this upcoming smartphone features a similar design when it is compared to other recent Realme smartphones like the Realme 11 5G, Realme 11 4G and the Realme Narzo 60x devices. Its camera module had also shown great resemblance to the already available OPPO flagship – the OPPO Find X6 Pro, suggesting the chances for a rebranded device.
Well, reports have now revealed a new Realme smartphone featuring the almost same camera module, and this device is supposedly going to be the Realme GT 5 Pro smartphone, as revealed by a tipster on the Weibo platform.
Coming to the camera module of the alleged Realme GT 5 Pro smartphone, it has a dual-tone design with two circular cameras and an LED flash at the top and a rectangular-shaped camera at the bottom. We are also able to find the marking “MAX CAN ZOOM” on the camera module, confirming the assumption that the upcoming smartphone that was teased is this alleged GT 5 Pro device.
Even if the tipster has suggested the device to be the Realme GT 5 Pro, there is also a same chance that this device could be the Realme 12 Pro+ smartphone, as pointed out by other reports. Moreover, the device also has an identical camera module to the previous Realme 11 series devices.

The upcoming Realme GT 5 Pro smartphone has been tipped to arrive equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and may likely be coupled with up to 24GB RAM and 1TB internal storage. The device may also have a 2K curved display supporting high-frequency PWM dimming.
Regarding its cameras, it is expected to feature a Sony IMX 9xx series main camera as well as an OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom capability. It has also been said that the device is going to be backed by a larger battery, which is probably going to support 100W wired and 50W wireless charging features.
