Redmi K60 Ultra design, key specifications confirmed before August 14 launch

Earlier this month, Redmi held an event in China to confirm the key details about the Redmi K60 Ultra, which is all set to launch on Aug. 14. The same event will also see the arrival of other devices, such as the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3, Pad 6 Max, and Band 8 Pro. Today, the brand released a couple of posters to reveal the design of the K60 Ultra as well as confirm some of its features.

As can be seen in the poster below, the Redmi K60 Ultra will come in two colours, such as black and cyan. The rear shell features a triple camera unit, which features a 50-megapixel main camera. While the company has yet to reveal the front design of the phone, it is speculated to feature a flat screen with a centrally positioned punch-hole.

Speaking of the screen, the brand has already confirmed that its OLED panel offers a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. For an enhanced viewing and gaming experience, the screen will be coupled with PixelWorks X7 visual processor.

Under the hood, the K60 Ultra features the Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset. The SoC will be coupled with up to 24 GB of LDDR5x RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The company previously confirmed that the K60 Ultra has achieved an impressive benchmarking score of 1,774,714 points on AnTuTu.

As per the 3C certification of the device, the K60 Ultra will offer 120W fast charging. The details about its battery and auxiliary cameras are yet to be confirmed.
