Redmi Note 12R can be first phone from Xiaomi to be powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, will launch on June 30
Xiaomi quietly launched the Redmi Note 12R Pro in April in China. The smartphone was launched with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor. There were no reports around the standard model Redmi Note 12R at that time but finally, it’s ready to arrive in the market. The Redmi Note 12R just appeared on the China Telecom website with model number 23076RA4BC and has revealed the complete specifications of this phone.
Features
It’s expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset as it was found listed with an SM4450 chip. It can pack 8 GB RAM and up to 256 GB internal storage with a microSD card slot for external memory. Some other key details listed reveal that this smartphone is equipped with a 6.79-inch FHD+ display.
As far as its camera specs are concerned it can come with a double camera setup on the rear featuring a 50 MP main module and 2 MP helper. Additionally, it’s expected to pack a 5,000 mAh battery, and USB-C port, 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Price and availability
According to China Telecom, the Redmi Note 12R will be launched in China on June 30. This smartphone will be available in three color options which include Midnight Black, Sky Fantasy, and Time Blue.
