Redmi Note 13 (4G), Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G receive NBTC certification ahead of expected launch
In October, Redmi unveiled the Redmi Note 13 5G, the Note 13 Pro 5G, and the Note 13 Pro+ 5G in the Chinese market. These phones are set to debut in India on Jan. 4. The brand is also expected to release these devices in other markets across the world. Recent reports have claimed that the company could also be planning to launch a 4G version of the Note 13 and Note 13 Pro. Ahead of the expected launch, the Redmi Note 13 (4G) has appeared in the database of Thailand’s NBTC certification platform. In addition, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G has also been approved by the same platform.
In November, the NBTC authority approved the Redmi Note 13 5G (2312DRAABG), the Redmi Note 13 Pro (23117RA68G) – a 4G device, and the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G (2312DRA50G). The below screengrabs show that the 4G-enabled Redmi Note 13 and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G bearing 23129RAA4G and 23090RA98G, respectively, have also been certified by the NBTC. As usual, the NBTC listings do not have any information on the core specs of both models.
As per a recent report, the Redmi Note 13 (4G) will have a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display, a Snapdragon 685 chipset, 8 GB / 12 GB of RAM, and 256 GB / 512 GB of storage. It will have a 108-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It will weigh 188.5 grams and come in purple and green shades. There is no word on the battery capacity and charging capabilities of the device.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G, which is already available in China, features a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display, a Dimensity 7200-Ultra chipset, up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, up to 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging.
