Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Pad Pro tablet in China alongside the Redmi Turbo 3 smartphone as announced. The tablet comes with features like a 12.1-inch wide display, Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, and an 8MP rear camera. Its pricing starts from 1,499 yuan for the 6GB+128GB model. Specifications of the Redmi Pad Pro
The Redmi Pad Pro tablet features a 12.1 inch wide 2.5K LCD, 120Hz display with up to 600 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset paired with the Adreno 710 GPU. It packs up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage that is expandable up to 1.5TB through an external microSD card. It has got an 8MP rear and front camera. The tablet runs Android 14 based HyperOS. It is backed by a 10,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. Xiaomi is also offering a stylus and keyboard that can be bought separately. The tablet comes in three colour options grey, green, and blue, and an exclusive Harry Potter edition that comes with the stylus, leather cover, and an additional Harry Potter merch.

The pricing of the tablet starts from 1,499 yuan(~$207) for the 6/128GB variant. The 8GB+128GB variant is priced at 1,699 yuan(~$234) while its 8GB+256GB variant is priced at 1,899 yuan(~$262). Buyers will get a 100 yuan discount on it during the first sale on 15th April. Its Harry Potter Edition 8GB/256GB is priced at 2,999 yuan(~$414).
