Samsung Galaxy S23 series to feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform for Galaxy

On February 2, Samsung will debut the Galaxy S23 series. Three models make up the series: the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. The series will use a modified Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with a faster clock speed.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 utilized in the Galaxy S23 series of smartphones is known as the “Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform for Galaxy” and has a clock speed of up to 3.36GHz instead of the standard 3.2GHz (Prime core) of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (SM8550-AB).

The remaining capabilities of this modified Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 are anticipated to largely remain the same as the standard version, which includes the Prime core, which can run at a maximum speed of 3.36GHz, as well as four Performance cores that can run at a maximum speed of 2.8GHz and three Efficiency cores that can reach a maximum speed of 2GHz.

The series is expected to be more faster and it would be featuring a twice powerful cooling system than Galaxy S22. All the three models of the series will be consisting of a waterdrop design. Along with this there would be a 200MP rear camera in its top-notch Galaxy S23 Ultra model.

Earlier a detailer specifications of Galaxy S23 Ultra were also released by us according to which it will have a 6.8-inch QHD+ AMOLED display and would be operated on Android 13 operating system. The smartphone will be available in 256GB and 512GB internal storage variation. Along with this it will be available in Green, Pink, Beige, and Black color
