After receiving multiple certifications and appearing in many leaks, Samsung has finally launched its Galaxy A24 smartphone in Vietnam. However, the sale of the smartphone is to start from a different date onwards.

Samsung Galaxy A24 Launched in Vietnam
Samsung had listed its Galaxy A24 smartphone last week on the brand’s official Vietnamese website and we had confirmed that its leaked spec sheet matched with the specifications of the smartphone. Now the South Korean-based tech company, Samsung has finally unveiled the smartphone in its Vietnamese market.
The smartphone has been launched in Vietnam with a starting price of VND 6,490,000(about $277) and will be available in two storage variants of 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128. For the 8GB/128GB storage variant, it will have a price of VND 6,990,000(about $298).
In the Vietnamese market, as of now, the device is only available in Lime Green and Vampire Black color choices and those customers who order the product before May 15th will be able to receive a voucher for VND 300,000(about $13) and a 50% off on Samsung’s 25W charger.
Now let’s look at some of the specifications of the newly launched device
Samsung’s newly launched Galaxy A24 smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 octa-core processor with a primary clock speed of 2.2GHz. The device will also operate on the brand’s own One UI 5.1 custom UI based on the Android 13 operating system
The Galaxy A24 smartphone is also a 4G smartphone and supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac with dual-band support, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth of version 5.3, and NFC.
The device also features a full HD super AMOLED display with a screen size of 6.5 inches and a refresh rate of 90Hz. It also has a brightness rate of upto 1,000 nits.
At its rear, the smartphone offers a triple camera setup with a 50MP primary camera with OIS(optical image stabilization) support along with two additional cameras of 5MP(ultra-wide) and 2MP(macro). The device also offers its users a 13MP selfie camera as well.
The Galaxy A24 is also backed by a 5000 mAh battery with a fast charge support of upto 25W.
