Tecno Spark 20 Pro 5G spotted on Google Play Console with MediaTek Dimesnity 810 SOC, Android 14 and more
The Tecno Spark 20 Pro was recently unveiled in the Philippines, but it came with 4G connectivity. However, its 5G variant has recently been spotted on TDRA, FCC, and BIS certifications. And it looks like the sightings aren’t going to stop soon, as it has now appeared on the Google Play Console listing. This certification does reveal a lot in terms of the specs that this variant may come with.

It is listed with the model number KJ8 and shows a screen size of 1080×2460, with a pixel density of 480DPI. This screen size is similar to the 4G variant of this upcoming smartphone.
Next is the processor; the listing shows a MediaTek chip with model number MT6833V/PNZA, which is associated with the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC. Under GPU, it shows Mali G57 (950MHz). The CPU has a total of 8 cores, out of which it has 2x ARM Cortex-A76 clocked at 2200 MHz and 6x ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2000 MHz. Other than this, the listing revealed 8GB RAM and may ship with Android 14 out of the box.
The front design shown in the listing rather hints at a punch-hole display, with the volume rocker and power button located on the right edge of the smartphone. And the design looks like it’s a 4G sibling to me from the front.
This particular listing reveals the processor it may come with, but the earlier listing on FCC revealed it to have an 8GB/256GB variant. The back panel design shown in the FCC also hints it has a similar design pattern as that of its 4G variant. It is expected to come with a battery size of 4,900 mAh (likely to be marketed as 5,000 mAh) with 33W fast charging support.
