The Upcoming Google Pixel 7a Receives Canada’s REL Certification

Google’s Pixel 7a smartphone has now appeared on Canada’s REL(Radio Equipment List) certification website. The upcoming smartphone is also expected to be unveiled at the Google I/O developer conference scheduled to take place on the 10th of May, 2023.

The Google Pixel 7a Appears on the REL Certification Website

Google is soon to release its mid-range smartphone, the Google Pixel 7a and reports had already revealed that the tech giant is likely to launch the device at Google’s I/O developer conference which is to take place on the 10th of May, 2023.

Now the soon-to-released smartphone has received the REL certification from Canada with a certification number of 10395A-GWKK3.

The device has also appeared on the certification with a model number of GWKK3 and will support Wi-Fi 6 connectivity with a frequency range of 5775.0 MHz.

The certification has also revealed that the smartphone will support 5G network connectivity, just like the previous Google Pixel 6a smartphone.

It should also be noted that the smartphone had also appeared on the Bluetooth SIG and on the FCC certification website and revealing that the smartphone will support Bluetooth of version 5.3. From its previous certifications, it is also now known that the Google Pixel 7a will be available in four model numbers GODZQ, GWKK3, GHLIX, and G82U8.

Google is currently planning on bringing the Google Pixel 7a along with the brand’s very first foldable device, the Google Pixel Fold to the market by the second week of June, and all these certifications indicate that the smartphone will soon have its launch.
