Upcoming Nothing Phone (2) Receives the TDRA Certification: Confirmed to Launch in July
Nothing is soon going to launch its second smartphone device, the Nothing Phone (2), and now the smartphone ahead of its much-awaited launch has been certified by the TDRA certification authority.

Nothing Phone (2) Receives TDRA Certification
The upcoming Nothing Phone (2) has now received the TDRA certification and has appeared on the certification platform with the model number A065. The device has been certified with the equipment registration number ER21043/23 and its certification will be valid till the 8th of June 2026.
Previously the smartphone had also received the BIS Indian certification and also the NRRA certification from Korea.
For those of you who didn’t know, the first CAD-based 5K renders of the Nothing Phone (2) were recently shared online and the smartphone design-wise shares very close similarity with that of the previous Nothing Phone (1) with only slight changes. Nothing had also confirmed that the smartphone is built environment-friendly, making use of many recycled materials.
Now regarding its specifications, the upcoming smartphone is confirmed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and will have the Android 13 operating system out of the box. The device is also expected to have a full HD+ OLED display panel with a screen size of 6.7 inches. The upcoming device will also be backed by a 4700 mAh battery and is likely to support fast charging capabilities.
The smartphone is confirmed to be launched next month, in July 2023 and its Indian launch has also been confirmed with the BIS certification. Just to add, the device has also been listed on the Flipkart shopping website.
