Upcoming OPPO K12 Smartphone Key Specifications Again Tipped by Chinese Tipster
The Chinese smartphone and other consumer electronics maker, OPPO, is said to be in the works with the next K12 smartphone and following the previous updates of the last two months, a new update has arrived which points to few more of its specifications.
Here’s more about it.
OPPO K12 – Newly Tipped Specifications
This update comes from the tipster Digital Chat Station who has shared via a Weibo post that the upcoming OPPO K12 smartphone will likely be featuring a 6.7″ display screen, and will possibly be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset(SM7550) itself as pointed earlier. The tipster also notes that it will have 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. Coming to the cameras, the tipster mentions that a 16MP selfie camera will be present, along with a 50MP + 8MP dual rear camera setup.
The previous updates had suggested the device to have a flat display panel and a rear camera module that is placed towards the top-left corner. Also to add, its main camera is supposed to be a flagship-grade camera lens. A fast charge capability of 100W may also be supported on the device.
About its expected price, while the update that came last month stated that this device could be priced around CNY 2,000, the recent post from Digital Chat Station comments it to be a “thousand yuan phone”. Do note that its predecessor, the OPPO K11 5G was unveiled in China last year in the month of July 2023 at a starting price of CNY 1,899.
An OPPO device carrying the model number – “PJF110” has been certified by the China Radio Frequency Certification authority and it is believed to be the upcoming K12 smartphone. This device via the certification platform has also been revealed to be a 5G smartphone with 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network connectivity support.
