Upcoming Xiaomi 13T First Look Revealed: Design, Box, Specifications and Other Features
The Chinese smartphone maker, Xiaomi, is soon going to unveil its Xiaomi 13T series smartphones and ahead of their launch, the first look of one among the two upcoming smartphones have been revealed. With the first look, more about its design, packaging box, specifications and other features have been received.

Xiaomi 13T First Look
The design of the Xiaomi 13T smartphone shows great resemblance to the renders of its pro variant, the Xiaomi 13T Pro(rebranded Redmi K60 Ultra), and the smartphone has been revealed to have two colour variants – Black and Cyan/Green.
At its rear, the device has a projected square shaped camera module which houses three of its cameras and the LED flash. Unlike the 13T Pro, the cameras of the Xiaomi 13T smartphone is not Leica branded. The Xiaomi branding can be seen at the lower-left side of the rear panel and a few added details are given on the lower-right corner.
Coming to the side panels, the power button and volume rocker are placed at the right side panel, and towards the bottom, we are able to see the speaker grille, USB type-C charging port, microphone hole and the SIM card tray. At the top, there is an IR blaster and the additional microphones.
Speaking about the display, the device has a quite large full screen display with a centrally aligned punch hole selfie camera. It also has slim bezels with a chin that is seemingly slightly a little more thicker.
About its packaging box and contents, the box comes in White color with Grey/Silver markings and contains the ejector tool, documents(safety information, warranty card, and quick user guide), transparent back cover, the smartphone device, 67W charging adaptor and the data-cable (USB type-A to USB type-C). Just to add, the SIM card tray only holds two SIM cards on both of its sides and doesn’t have an option to add a microSD card (refer to below for clarity).
Regarding the specifications, the smartphone is revealed to come equipped with the Dimensity 8200 ultra chipset from MediaTek and will run on the MIUI 14 custom user interface based on the Android 13 operating system. It is also going to feature a 1.5K AMOLED display with a screen size of 6.67″, along with a refresh rate of 144Hz and a peak brightness rate of 2600 nits.
For the cameras, the device will have a 50MP Sony IMX707 (OIS) + 8MP + 2MP triple camera setup at its rear, and for selfies, a front-facing camera of 20MP. The device will also pack a 5000 mAh battery and will support a 67W fast charge feature.
Other features of the smartphone include an IP68-rated body, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, a weight of 204 grams, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and a heart rate sensor.
By now the smartphone has received multiple certifications including the IMDA, TKDN, FCC, NBTC, TDRA, and SIRIM certifications. The device has also been listed on the IMEI database. The Xiaomi 13T Pro smartphone has also received many certifications.
The Xiaomi 13T Pro smartphone was also listed on the Amazon UK shopping website and its listing pointed out that the launch date of the smartphone is on the 1st of September 2023. If this turns out to be true, we’ll probably be seeing the launch of the Xiaomi 13T series(probably) in a few days after which, more about the smartphone, including its price and availability, will be revealed.
