Vivo S17e Smartphone Launched in China: Pre-Sales of One of the Storage Variants Begun
To all the Vivo fans out there, the much-awaited Vivo S17e smartphone has made its debut in China and the pre-sales of one of its storage variants, the 12GB/256GB variant have started. Full pre-sales of all the variants are to start on the 20th of May, 2023 in China.

Vivo S17e
The Vivo S17e is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset with its primary cores clocked at 2.8GHz. The device runs on the Android 13-based OriginOS 3 and is equipped with the Mali G610 GPU. The device arrives in three storage options – 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB.
For its display, the smartphone features an AMOLED display panel with a screen size of 6.78 inches and an aspect ratio of 20:9. It also has a screen-to-body ratio of 93.3% with a screen resolution of 2400×1080 pixels. The display also supports 1.07 billion colours and has a colour saturation of 105% NTSC. The device also has a refresh rate of 120Hz with a screen sampling rate of 300Hz in game mode and 120Hz in normal mode. It also has HDR support along with a pixel density of 388PPI.
Now regarding its cameras, the smartphone has a dual camera setup with an OIS main camera of 64MP along with an additional 2MP camera. For selfies, a 16MP front camera is also offered. Both its front and rear cameras support various camera modes
The device is also equipped with a 4600 mAh battery(typical value, rated 4500 mAh) and supports a 66W flash charge feature.

Currently, the 12GB/256GB of the smartphone is available for pre-orders at CNY 2,499(about $359) and at the moment will only be available in the Quick Sand Gold colour choice. The pre-sales of all the variants will begin on May 20, 2023. The 8GB/128GB and the 8GB/256GB storage variants will be available at a price of CNY 2,099(about $302) and CNY 2,299(about $330) respectively.
