Vivo S18 Series Teased and Schematic Image Revealed: Expected to Launch Next Month

Vivo’s upcoming S18 series has been teased and the design of the soon unveiling smartphones have been revealed. The series is expected to debut next month in China.

Vivo S18 Series – Teased and Design Revealed

The upcoming S18 series of Vivo will be comprising of three smartphone devices – S18, S18e and S18 Pro, and the series has now been officially teased. The teaser image points that the series is the first batch of AI large model smartphones, and will be equipped with the brand’s own self developed BlueLM. It has also been mentioned that the series is coming soon, and the launch can be expected next month itself.

Along with its teaser image, the schematic image of the smartphones have also been shared, revealing their design language. What is to be noted first is that the design shows great resemblance to that of the Neo 9 series devices of iQOO, which have now been confirmed to launch in December 2023.

The Neo 9 series smartphones are said to have a dual-tone rear panel, while the S18 series devices may not be having it. However, the camera module remains the same, and a centrally-aligned punch-hole cutout can be spotted on the display. The power button and volume rocker are on the right side panel. The S18 series smartphones are said to arrive in Black, Green and Rainbow-like shades.

Recently, the specifications of the S18 and S18 Pro were leaked, and as per which the two devices will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and Dimensity 9200+ chipsets, just like tipped. Both the devices will also be backed by a 5000 mAh battery, and will have many other exciting features. A fast charge feature of 80W is also expected, and the 3C certification of one of the upcoming smartphones confirms it.

Also to add, the vanilla S18 has been tipped to arrive in the Indian market as V30 or V31, and the Geekbench listing of the V30 device suggests that it could be the rebranded smartphone.
