In February, TheTechOutlook reported that the upcoming Vivo phone bearing the V2339 model number will bear the Vivo V30e marketing name. Later, the same device was spotted at Bluetooth SIG certification and Geekbench. Surprisingly, the Vivo V30e has appeared once again in the Bluetooth SIG’s database. This time around, the device has been spotted with a different number.
As can be seen in the above screen, the Vivo V30e has once again surfaced in Bluetooth SIG’s database, this time with the model number V2340. At present, it is difficult to deduce how the V2340 variant could differ from the V2339. Since there is only a difference of one digit in the model number, it appears that both devices could be quite similar to each other.
According to leaks, the Vivo V30e will come with a curved-edge AMOLED display, a dual camera setup with a ring LED flash, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, 8 GB of RAM, NFC, and Android 14. The device’s moniker implies that it will replace the Vivo V29e, which made its announcement last year.
To recall, there were two different variants of the Vivo V29e, one for India and the other for the global market. The V2339e variant of the Vivo V30e has also been spotted at the BIS certification, which indicates that it will be heading to India. It remains to be seen whether the V2340 will be aimed at the global market.
