Vivo X Fold 3 Pro spotted with 120W charger at 3C certification

In March, Vivo may hold a launch event in China to announce multiple devices, such as the Vivo X Fold 3 series of foldable phones, the Vivo Pad 3 series of tablets, and the Vivo X100s smartphone. According to reports, the X Fold 3 has the V2303A model number, whereas the X Fold 3 Pro has the V2337A model number. Both models were recently approved by China’s MIIT authority. Now the X Fold 3 Pro has appeared in the database of the 3C certification platform in China, which suggests that it may indeed launch in the next month.

The 3C certification of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro has revealed that it may ship with a power adapter that bears the V12060L1A0 model number. The charger specifications suggest that it can support up to 120W fast charging.

Rumors surrounding the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro suggest that it may pack a 5,700mAh dual-cell battery. However, it is unclear whether the device will support 120W fast charging or whether it will be restricted to 100W or 80W charging. It is also expected to support wireless charging.

According to reports, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro’s internal screen may support a resolution of 2480 x 2200 pixels, whereas its cover screen may offer a resolution of 2748 x 1172 pixels. Both screens are expected to be integrated with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. It will ship with OriginOS 4-based Android 14.

The rear camera setup of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro will include a 50-megapixel OV50H main camera, a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, and an ultra-wide lens. Under the hood, the device may feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, up to 16 GB of RAM, and up to 1 TB of storage.
