Vivo X100 series launching globally on 14th December 2023; support page live on Vivo’s official website
The Chinese smartphone brand Vivo unveiled its latest flagship Vivo X100 series in China last month and the series received a great response from Chinese consumers as it broke all new phone records in Vivo’s history. This series was also expected to make its debut in global markets soon as Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro were spotted on various certification websites like- SDPPI, Bluetooth SIG, BIS, and Google Play Console.
The support page for the Vivo X100 series has been made live on the brand’s official website which reveals that the series will be launching on 14th December in global markets and the launch event will start at 19:00. Although the website also reveals that the pre-orders for the series started from November 24 but there was no such announcement made by the brand.
The website also reveals the performance, camera, and battery specs of the Vivo X100 Pro smartphone. Since the series has already made its debut in China the detailed specifications are already known to us.
Vivo X100 series: Specifications
Both of the smartphones come with a 6.78-inch wide curved OLED LTPO display that sports a 120 Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, and 3000 nits of peak brightness. Smartphones are powered by a Dimensity 9300 processor paired with up to 1 TB of internal storage. Smartphones run OriginOS 4 based on Android 14 out of the box. Both handset comes with an optical in-display fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, and an IP68-rated body.
Vivo V100 smartphone camera section includes a triple camera setup on the rear that features a 50 MP super sensitive VCS bionic main camera, a 64 MP Zeiss super-telephoto camera, and a 50 MP ultra-wide camera. The front side of the handset features a 32 MP f/2.0 camera. The handset is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 120W charging.
The rear side of the Vivo X100 Pro smartphone features a 50 MP 1-inch Sony IMX989 VCS main camera, a 50 MP Zeiss APO super-telephoto camera, and a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera. The front side of the handset sports a 32 MP f/2.0 selfie camera. It features a V3 chip and is backed by a 5400 mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
