Vivo X90s Smartphone Launch Date Confirmed: Camera Samples Revealed Ahead of its Launch

Vivo has already unveiled its X90 series which includes the Vivo X90, X90 Pro and the X90 Pro+ smartphones. Now the brand has confirmed the launch of its next X90 series smartphone, the Vivo X90s which will be having its debut in the Chinese market this month on the 26th of June, 2023.

Ahead of its launch, a few of its camera samples have been shared online by a Vivo official.

Vivo X90s Camera Samples

Just a few days back, Jia Jingdong, the Vice President and General Manager of Vivo’s Product Strategy shared the live image of the upcoming Vivo X90s smartphone, along with its packaging case. The live image shared revealed its rear panel design which features its circular camera module. Now, Jia Jingdong himself has shared a few of the camera samples of the upcoming smartphone captured by the world-famous colour photographer, Alex Webb.

Along with the camera samples, Jia Jingdong adds that the X series smartphones which were launched previously featured two main colour expressions. Vivo’s vivid colours, the first among them, offered its users the capability to capture bright colours beyond what the visible eye could see and the natural colours by Zeiss, gave the images high definition and sharpness, ensuring that the device is always focused on presenting the world as it is.

The upcoming Vivo X90s smartphone apart from the two colour expressions, will also be featuring something which the company calls “Vivo texture colour”, inspired by the cameras of the classic film era, which will enable its users to capture daily scenes with evident human emotions in it.

Launch Date

The latest X90s smartphone will be having its launch in the Chinese market on the 26th of June, 2023 at 2:30 PM local time. Jia Jingdong has also mentioned that the smartphone will be having a new colour variant as well – Qingyang (~a kind of Cyan colour)

The Vivo X90s smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset and will be running on the Android 13-based Origin OS 3 custom UI. The smartphone will also be coupled with an LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage.

For its display, the smartphone will be featuring a 6.78″ AMOLED display panel which will have a 1.5K screen resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Coming to its cameras, the smartphone will sport of triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary camera accompanied by two 12MP cameras. A front-facing camera of 32MP is also offered on the device.

The upcoming device is also going to be backed by a 2345 mAh dual-cell battery which will be offering a total battery backup of 4690 mAh to its users. It will also be supporting a quick charge feature of upto 120W.
