Vivo Y200e 5G – BIS and Google Play Console Listings
The Vivo Y200e 5G smartphone has been spotted on the BIS database of India with the model number – “V2336” (same model number with which it appeared on Bluetooth SIG and Geekbench databases), and the Indian launch is now confirmed. The date of grant/inclusion is mentioned as 7th February 2024.
Coming to the Google Play Console listing, it is with a different model number of “V2327” that the device has made it to this database. The database also points out that the device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 (SM4450) chipset, will be integrated with the Adreno 613 GPU, will run on the Android 14 OS (probably with FuntouchOS 14 on top), will have an 8GB RAM variant, and will be featuring a display screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a density of 440 DPI.
Regarding the revealed render image, the device appears to have flat front, rear, and side panels. There is a rectangular-shaped camera module at the rear towards the top-left corner housing three cameras and an LED flashlight, as well as the Vivo branding at the bottom-left corner. The display has fairly slim bezels and a slightly thicker chin, along with a centrally-aligned punch-hole selfie camera. The volume rocker and power button are at the right side panel. It is also a Blue color variant with textured design that has been spotted, however more color variants can be expected.
An exact launch date is still not yet known, but as the device has appeared on Google Play Console and other certification platforms, the launch can be expected soon. Stay tuned.
