Xiaomi 14 Ultra global variant along with a new Redmi phone found listed on EEC certification website
Xiaomi’s 14 series which consists of Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro debuted today in China during the launch event. While these two phones will soon be in the hands of Chinese users, the Ultra model is still busy receiving certification from certification bodies. Xiaomi 14 Ultra is soon expected to launch in the market either by the end of this year or early next year, the listing suggests. Its recent listing on EEC suggests its near launch in the market. The handset has already made it to the IMEI database earlier.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra was listed on the EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission) with the model number 24030PN60G. If we were to draw some conclusion from the model number it would be 24 means 2024, while 03 depicts the month of March and G for the launch in the global market. Other than this, its listing doesn’t reveal anything.
As of now the company has yet not made any remark or announcement regarding the launch of the Ultra model. As per the tipster DCS, this smartphone can come with a new 1-inch Sony LYT900 primary sensor accompanied by a 50 MP sensor. Tipster also mentioned that two of the sensors will be paired with 3x and 5x Zoom lenses and the third lens will be attached with an ultra-wide lens. Also, the 3x camera is tipped to support the telephoto camera.
Furthermore, the tipster also mentioned that it can be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and can sport a 2K quad curved display that comes with a punch hole cutout to house the selfie camera. Similar to other models of the Xiaomi 14 series, the Ultra model can also come with Xiaomi’s new HyperOS.
Along with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, a new Redmi phone has also been spotted on the EEC certification website with the model number 23129RN51X. However, it is still unknown what is the moniker to this newly found model number.
