Xiaomi 14 Ultra mass production to begin soon, sale to begin in March

Several reports have claimed that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will soon debut in China. Chinese leaker Smart Pikachu has consistently leaked details about upcoming Xiaomi phones, including the 14 Ultra. In the latest Weibo post, the leaker mentioned the mass production of the device and specified when it will be available for purchase.

According to the leaker, the mass production of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is set to begin soon in China. It appears that the overall design of the phone will be similar to its predecessor, with minimal changes to the device’s size. Furthermore, the leaker stated that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to launch at the end of this month (February) and potentially be available for purchase in March.

To recall, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra was announced with a starting price of 5,999 Yuan (840). In a recent Weibo post, tipster Digital Chat Station said that the 14 Ultra is a completely redesigned product, with several new photography features and enhancements onboard.

Reports have revealed that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature a one-inch LYT-900 50-megapixel main camera and also support two-way satellite communication. Speaking about the price of the 14 Ultra, DCS claimed that there will be a price hike this time.

In the Chinese market, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will rival the Find X7 Ultra, which has a starting price of 5,999 Yuan (~$840). Both phones are expected to soon face competition from other smartphones, such as the Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design, the Huawei P70 Art, and the Vivo X100 Ultra.
