By the end of February, Xiaomi is expected to host a significant launch event in China, where it is expected to unveil at least three devices: the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, the Xiaomi Mix Flip, and the Xiaomi Pad 7 series of tablets. Leading up to the launch, these devices are likely to make appearances on various certification and benchmarking platforms, revealing their key specifications. As anticipated, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has surfaced in the Geekbench database, providing insights into its key specifications.

According to reports, the global version of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra bears the 24030PN60G model number. On the other hand, its Chinese edition has the 24030PN60C model number. The global version of the device has been previously spotted in the databases of certification platforms, such as Europe’s EEC and India’s BIS certification.
As can be seen in the above image, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s global edition has emerged on Geekbench 4 with a single-core score of 9317 and a multi-core score of 26,523. The CPU details mentioned in the listing suggest that the phone features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra Geekbench listing further reveals that it has 16 GB of RAM and Android 14, which is likely to have a layer of Hyper OS on top. The Geekbench appearance suggests that the company could be testing the device internally before the official announcement. Rumours are rife that the 14 Ultra will debut in Q2 in the global market.
