Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 Schematic Image Revealed: Features the Leica Tuned Quad Camera Setup
The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, Xiaomi is confirmed to launch its upcoming Mix Fold 3 foldable device in the month of August and some of its key specs have already been revealed.
The schematic image of the upcoming foldable has now been shared on the Twitter platform along with a few of its expected specifications. Read more about it below.

Previous reports had mentioned that the upcoming Mix Fold 3 foldable device from Xiaomi is expected to come with a Leica-tuned quad camera setup at its rear and now, the schematic image that has been shared online by the tipster, Mahesh Ahir has confirmed the same. We can also find the single and dual-tone LED flashlight inside the camera module, the same way it was placed on the Mix Fold 2. At the rear, towards the bottom, the Xiaomi branding can also be spotted.
Coming to the cover display, the schematic image portrays a display that has very thin bezels on all four of its sides and features a centrally aligned punch-hole selfie camera. For those of you who didn’t know, the upcoming Mix Fold 3, unlike its predecessors, is also expected to feature an in-display camera on its internal display. Just to add, the upcoming device is also claimed to have a water-drop hinge as well.
As mentioned, along with the schematic image, the tipster has also shared a few of its expected specifications, most of which were previously known to us.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 Expected Specifications
The upcoming Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 is expected to be thinner and stronger and is expected to feature an inner display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1912 pixels and an FHD cover display having a screen resolution of 1080 pixels(the tipster has written it as 10180p, which might be a mistake). The device is also expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 leading version and is likely to offer storage options with a RAM of 16GB along with internal storage of 512GB and 1TB.
Regarding its cameras, the device will be having a Leica-tuned quad camera setup at its rear, as per the schematic image, and is expected to feature a 50MP IMX800 main camera, an ultrawide camera with 0.6x zoom, medium focus camera with 3.2x zoom and a periscope camera with 5x zoom.
The upcoming device is also expected to be backed by a 4800 mAh battery which supports a 67W wired fast charge feature and a 50W wireless fast charge feature. Two color choices of the device are also likely to be made available – one in a black leather back and the other in a white glass back.
