Xiaomi Pad 6 global launch nears, now gets spotted at Malaysia’s SIRIM
Xiaomi Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro were announced earlier this week in China. Reports have claimed that the Pad 6, which features the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1, will remain exclusive to the Chinese market. However, the Pad 6 will be released on the global market in the near future. The vanilla model has already been spotted on different certification platforms. Now, it has been approved by Malaysia’s SIRIM authority.
The model number of the Xiaomi Pad 6’s global variant is 23043RP34G. The FCC, Singapore’s IMDA, Europe’s EEC, and Taiwan’s NCC all approved the tablet earlier this month. The SIRIM certification platform in Malaysia has now certified it. As usual, it does not reveal anything about the specifications of the device. Its appearance at SIRIM is a good hint that its global launch is imminent.
