Xiaomi Unveils its Latest 13T Series Devices Globally: Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro Smartphones Released
The Chinese smartphone and other consumer electronics manufacturer, Xiaomi, has unveiled two of its latest 13T series devices at the global launch event which was recently conducted in Berlin, the capital city of Germany.

Xiaomi 13T Series Unveiled
The first thing everyone will notice about the two newly launched smartphones is that they look very similar to the Redmi K60 Ultra device in terms of design, and are also IP68 rated. Both the Xiaomi 13T series devices come in three color choices and have multiple storage options. Unlike what was expected, the two smartphones also sport the Leica professional camera system.
Xiaomi 13T
Xiaomi’s 13T smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra chipset and runs on the Android 13-based MIUI 14 custom user interface. The processor has a primary clock speed of 3.1 GHz and is coupled with the Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. It comes in two storage options – 8GB/256GB & 12GB/256GB.
The smartphone also features the CrystalRes AMOLED display with a screen size of 6.67″ and has a screen resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels. The display also supports a refresh rate of up to 144Hz and has a peak brightness rate of 2600 nits.
For the cameras, at the rear, the Xiaomi 13T smartphone has a 50MP(wide) + 50MP(telephoto) + 12MP(ultrawide) triple camera setup. A 20MP front-facing camera is also present.
The device is backed with a 5000 mAh battery and supports a 67W fast charge feature. It can be charged from 0% to 100% in just 42 minutes.
Xiaomi 13T Pro
The Xiaomi 13T Pro comes equipped with a better and faster processor. It has the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, with its primary core clocked at 3.35 GHz. The device is integrated with the Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU and operates on the Android 13-based MIUI 14. The pro model comes in three storage options – 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB & 16GB/1TB.
It also features the same 6.67″ CrystalRes AMOLED display panel with a screen resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels, 144Hz refresh rate, and a 2600 nits peak brightness rate.
At the rear, the same camera system has also been given with a 50MP wide camera, a 50MP telephoto camera, and a 12MP ultrawide camera. For selfies, the same 20MP front cam is also offered. Do note that the 13T Pro smartphone is said to have a shutter speed which is 63% higher than its competitor.
Regarding the battery backup, Xiaomi’s 13T Pro smartphone also packs the same 5000 mAh battery but supports a faster fast charge feature of 120W. The charging time from 0% to 100% is 19 minutes for the device.
Some of the other features of the newly introduced devices are 5G network connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6 with dual-band support or Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6e/7 with triple band support, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS and other location positioning systems, and an under-display fingerprint sensor. To add, the two smartphones will also be receiving 4 years of Android OS updates and 5 years of security patch updates.
The Xiaomi 13T smartphone has been introduced for a starting price of €649,9 and as mentioned has three color variants – Alpine Blue, Meadow Green & Black. The Xiaomi 13T Pro smartphone has a starting price of €799,9 and customers will be able to get the device in the same three color choices – Alpine Blue, Meadow Green, and Black
