Redmi Pad Pro Keyboard and Smart Pen Certified by the TDRA Authority; A New Redmi Pad Pro Tablet Coming?

Followed by multiple certifications, the Redmi Pad Pro Keyboard and the Redmi Smart Pen have made it to UAE’s TDRA database. While the moniker of the two have been confirmed, the listings also points out that Xiaomi could be having a Redmi Pad Pro tablet in works.

Redmi Pad Pro Keyboard and Smart Pen – TDRA Certification

The Redmi Pad Pro Keyboard and Redmi Smart Pen as mentioned before bears the model numbers – “24042KBD5G” and “24048MP07G” and are certified by the TDRA authority with the equipment registration numbers – “ER29727/24” and “ER29728/24”, respectively. The two devices have been listed under the short range low power devices category and their monikers are confirmed via the database. Their certifications will be valid till the 11th of March 2027.

Xiaomi has by now only introduced two tablet devices with the Redmi branding and they are the 2022-released Redmi Pad and 2023-released Redmi Pad SE devices. The above TDRA certifications has also revealed that there is another Redmi branded tablet device in the works and this maybe debuting as the “Redmi Pad Pro”.

Speaking of the previous updates regarding the Redmi Pad Pro Keyboard and Redmi Smart Pen, the Redmi Pad Pro Keyboard has received the SDPPI, FCC, IMDA, and NRRA certifications. The Redmi Smart Pen has also received certifications from the SDPPI, FCC, and IMDA authorities. The Redmi Smart Pen will equip itself with a 3.85Vdc Li-ion battery, whereas the Redmi Pad Pro Keyboard is suggested to measure 10.9″. To add, the Redmi Pad Pro from a certification is revealed to have a pill-shaped camera module and may possibly measure 9″ in size.
