Samsung’s Upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra Spotted on Geekbench: Here’s More About it

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra appears on Geekbench. The Galaxy Tablet is also expected to have its launch in the second half of this year and will probably launch alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5 devices.

We have now started receiving updates regarding the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series tablets and the CAD-based renders of the Galaxy Tab S9+ were previously shared by us. Now a recent report published in Sam News 24 reveals that one of the tablets in the Galaxy Tab S9 series, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has been spotted on Geekbench.

The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has appeared on Geekbench with model number SM-X916B, revealing that the device will have the Android 13-based operating system. The report published in Sam News 24 also states that the upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will likely be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and will have an LPDDR5X RAM of 16GB.

Now coming to its listing on Geekbench, the tablet has scored 2054 points on its single core score and for it, multi-core score has scored 5426 points. The device also has a motherboard codenamed “kalama”, suggesting that the device could come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It has also been revealed that the tablet will have an octa-core processor with a primary clock speed of 3.26GHz.

Now coming to its processor architecture, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will have a core configuration of 1+4+3 cores with its primary core, as mentioned, operating at a clock speed of 3.26GHz. Four of its cores will run at a speed of 2.80GHz and the other 3 cores have a clock speed of 2.02GHz.

The report also states that the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will have a battery backup of 11,200 mAh with a fast charge support of 45W. It was previously mentioned that the Galaxy Tab S9 series will be IP67 rated but the current report states that it will be IP68 dust and water-resistant.

The device might also feature a 14.5″ large display with a screen resolution of 2,960 x 1,848 pixels and will probably have dimensions of 208.6 x 326.4 x 5.5mm.

To add to this, Samsung is also planning to bring out the Galaxy S23 FE, and the tipster, Tech Reve has shared on the Twitter platform, that the device will come equipped with the brand’s own Exynos 2200 chipset.
