Google Pixel Watch 2 spotted on Google Play Console website, key specifications revealed
Google will soon be unveiling the successor of its first smartwatch named the Google Pixel Watch 2. It is believed that the smartwatch could be launched alongside Google Pixel 8 series that have been making frequent appearances online. Previously it was also reported that Google Pixel Watch 2 would be arriving with a new chipset and a slightly bigger battery compared to its predecessor.
This upcoming smartwatch has now been spotted on the Google Play console website with the codename EOS. The listing reveals the design render and key specs of this watch.
According to the listing, the smartwatch will have 384×384 pixel resolution while it will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 (SW5100) chipset that will be paired with 2GB RAM. The smartwatch will run on Wear OS 4.0 based on Android 13. Meanwhile, the design render reveals that Pixel Watch 2 will be arriving with a circular dial and a crown button located on the right side of the watch. It is expected to be backed by a 306mAh battery.
