Nothing introduces Nothing Dot Watch Concept created by Nothing Community member

Nothing community members have always been the talk of the town as Nothing products. Community members keep on sharing new designs and product ideas on a community page that grabs the attention of Nothing designers. Recently a Nothing Community member jomaga on Discord shared a self-made concept of Nothing Dot Watch.

Nothing has shared the smartwatch concept on Twitter and wrote “Watch this space.

Allow us to introduce you to the Nothing Dot Watch Concept created by our talented #NothingCommunity member, jomaga on Discord.

“Imagine a quasi-analogue watch. A 1mm RGB led matrix and four circular LEDs with a crystal on top. Nothing more, nothing less.”

This smartwatch has four circular LEDs around the display as we see in Nothing smartphones. The design is minimal which has always been at the core of Nothing and suggests that Nothing might soon come with something similar. Though you won’t see the transparent body which we have seen in Nothing earbuds and smartphones.

Earlier product concepts

It’s not the first time that Nothing has shared the concept of products made by community members. Nothing designers have earlier reviewed the concept products which included a smartwatch and hinted towards its near launch but no update came after it. And when the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro was launched in the market Carl Pei reviewed it and wrote “Got the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro on Sunday to learn about smartwatches, but I don’t know what to use it for… Feels kind of useless? What do you use smart watches for?”

Does it mean Nothing founder finds smartwatches useless or he will work to make them useful with new features? It would be interesting to see if Nothing launches a smartwatch in the near future and especially the features that it brings to make it useful and better than any other smartwatch.
