In the year 2021, OnePlus unveiled its first ever smartwatch- the OnePlus Watch which arrived with some powerful features such as blood oxygen monitoring, fitness tracking, and more along with a sleek design. After a long gap, the company is now rumored to launch the successor of its first-ever smartwatch- the OnePlus Watch 2 which has recently started making its appearance online.
OnePlus Watch 2 has been spotted on the BIS certification website with model number OPWWE231. The listing does not reveal much about this smartwatch but it does indicate that this watch will surely be making its way in the Indian market.
Although the brand has not made any official announcement regarding the launch of this smartwatch various reports suggest that the OnePlus Watch 2 could debut alongside OnePlus 12 smartphone which is confirmed to launch soon in China and is expected to launch in global markets by early 2024.

The smartwatch is believed to debut featuring a Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor while it might also sport an AMOLED display with a couple of user-friendly buttons. Other than that fans could also expect to see various health and fitness-centric features on this upcoming smartwatch while it could also support fast charging.
It is said that OnePlus might replace RTOS- RTOS-based operating system with Wear OS on the OnePlus Watch 2. If it turns out to be true then users will be able to gain access to a wide range of apps including Google Play, Whatsapp, Google Assistant, and more.
