Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Series will have Improved Battery Capacity than its Previous Model
Samsung has already launched five generations of its Galaxy smartwatches and is on the works to soon launch the Galaxy Watch 6 series. Reports had previously revealed that the upcoming 6 series Galaxy smartwatches will have a curved display and now followed by this, reports have also revealed that the Galaxy Watch 6 series smartwatches will have improved battery capacity than its predecessors
Here’s more about it.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Series
The Galaxy Watch 6 series smartwatches as per reports states will have improved battery capacity. The 40mm model which has a model number of SM-R93x will have a 300 mAh battery capacity(295 mAh) and reports state that the battery has a product code of EB-BR935ABY. The 40mm Galaxy Watch 5, which was launched prior to this, had a battery backup of 284 mAh.
Now about the 44mm model. The 44mm Galaxy Watch 6 which has a model number of SM-R94x, will include a battery with a product code of EB-BR945ABY. This indicates that the smartwatch will have a battery with a battery capacity of 425 mAh compared to the 410 mAh battery in the previous 44mm Galaxy Watch 5.
The reports doesn’t state anything about the pro model and it isn’t sure whether the device will be launched or not. Whatever the case be, if the pro model is indeed launched, it will probably have a 600 mAh battery backup, that is larger than the other two smartwatches in the series.
There aren’t any other updates about the Galaxy Watch 6 series smartwatches available, however with the current specifications that the smartwatches have received, Samsung might be planning more on the upcoming Galaxy Watch 6 series smartwatches.
