Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 variants receive NBTC certification

Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 series will be announced alongside the upcoming Galaxy Z foldable and the Galaxy Tab S9 series by the end of July.  Well ahead of the expected launch, the Galaxy Watch 6 variants have received approval from the NBTC authority of Thailand. Here is a look at the variants that have been certified.

As can be seen in the screenshots, the NBTC has approved three smartwatches from Samsung with model numbers, such as SM-R955F, SM-R945F, and SM-R935F.  The first model number belongs to the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, whereas the remaining two are associated with the Galaxy Watch 6. All the models come with support for cellular connectivity.

A recent report revealed that the Galaxy Watch 6 will come in 40mm and 44mm variants. Both will be offered in Bluetooth and 4G variants. In Europe, the Galaxy Watch 6 40mm Bluetooth and 4G editions are said to cost 319 euros and 369 euros, respectively. It will be available in Graphite and Cream colors. On the other hand, the Galaxy Watch 6 44mm Bluetooth 4G variants are likely to be priced at 349 euros and 399 euros, respectively. It is expected to come in Graphite and Silver shades.

The Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is expected to come in 43mm and 47mm variants. The 43mm edition is likely to be offered in Bluetooth and 4G versions priced at 419 euros and 469 euros, respectively. On the other hand, the 47mm Galaxy Watch 6 Bluetooth and 4G versions could be priced at 449 euros and 499 euros, respectively. Both variants are said to come in black and silver colors.
