Upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Appears on the FCC Certification Website

The South Korean tech giant, Samsung is expected to launch its Galaxy Tab S9 series devices by the end of this month, at the company’s Unpacked Event and now, one of the upcoming devices has received FCC certification. A few of its specifications have also been revealed with its certification.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FCC Certification

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 tablet device has appeared on the FCC certification platform with the model number, SM-X710 and has been certified with the FCC ID, A3LSMX710. This is the Wi-Fi-only variant of the tablet that has been certified by the FCC authority.

As mentioned, along with its FCC certification, a few of its specifications have also been revealed. The FCC filings of the upcoming tablet device reveal it has the capability to operate and incorporate features like Wi-Fi(802.11 b/g/n/a/ac/ax/), Bluetooth, camera, audio, video, GNSS, DP, SD card, Pogo, and S-Pen.

A list of compatible accessories and devices have also been listed along with the device, which includes headphones, a data cable, a mouse, a router, a travel adapter, a DP monitor, a DP cable, a keyboard, and S-Pen among others. The Galaxy Tab S9 will also have an expandable storage option(via a microSD card) as well.

With its FCC certification, the device is also now confirmed to arrive with a 25W charging adapter with the model number, EP-TA800 and a 6 feet long type-C charging cable with the model number, EP-DW767. The upcoming tablet device will also support an inductive wireless power transfer technology, which is expected to be used to charge the S-Pen as depicted on the diagram given for reference.

About the other details of the upcoming tablet device, from what is now known, the Galaxy Tab S9 series devices are all expected to come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and will offer better and faster performance than its predecessors.

The Galaxy Tab S9 series devices are also expected to be launched by the end of this month as mentioned above and all the certifications the devices have received to date further make its launch certain.
