Xiaomi Pad 6 Max and Mi Band 8 Pro Confirmed to Debut on August 14 in the Chinese Market

The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, Xiaomi has confirmed to launch two of its upcoming devices, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max tablet and the Mi Band 8 Pro smart band this month, on the 14th of August 2023, and some of its key specs have been revealed.

Xiaomi Pad 6 Max and Mi Band 8 Pro Launching on August 14

Xiaomi’s upcoming tablet device, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max has now been officially revealed to come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and will be featuring a 14″ large display screen, 62% larger than the Xiaomi Pad 6 tablet. The device will also be having a 10,000 mAh larger battery backup, equipped with the Xiaomi surging G1 chip, and as mentioned before, is likely going to be the larger version of the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro tablet.

The Mi Band 8 Pro, Xiaomi’s latest smart band device will be featuring a 1.74″ display, and unlike a normal smart band, has a larger rectangular display screen.

Both these devices, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max and the Mi Band 8 Pro will be launched in the brand’s home market in China on the 14th of August 2023, at 7 PM local time. With its launch, more about the two devices, including their price and availability will be revealed.

Other updates

Along with the two Xiaomi devices, it has also been tipped that the Redmi K60 Ultra, the last smartphone of the K60 series, will also be launched on the same day. Regarding the Redmi K60 Ultra smartphone, the device is confirmed to be powered by the Dimensity 9200+ chipset and will be featuring a 1.5K display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The device will also have the PixelWorks X7 visual processor, capable of offering a better viewing and gaming experience.

The Mix Fold 3 smartphone, the third foldable device from the brand, has already been confirmed to have its launch in China on the 14th of August 2023, the same time at which the Pad 6 Max and Mi Band 8 Pro will be unveiled. We expect the device to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and to come pre-installed with the Android 13-based operating system.
