Samsung Galaxy S23 to arrive soon with a new Lime color variant in India , release date yet to be confirmed

Samsung unveiled its premium flagship Galaxy S23 series in the month of February this year. The series included – Galaxy S23. Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra . As soon as the smartphones were released in the market they grabbed the attention of many consumers and started receiving praise for their stylish design and amazing features.

Initially, the entry-level model Galaxy S23 was made available in 4 color variant options – Lavender, Green, Phantom Black, and Cream. But now the company has officially announced that it will soon be launching a new color variant option for the Galaxy S23 in India .

The company will launch the phone in a new lime color option though the pricing is expected to be the same as for the previous models. Also, the lime color variant will likely look the same as the Galaxy A-series lime color smartphones.

Samsung Galaxy S23 : Specifications

The smartphone sports a 6.1-inch tall Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with a punch-hole cutout in the top center. The display has 1750 nits of brightness, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and HDR10+ video support.

Galaxy S23 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC processor which is paired with 8GB RAM and runs on UI 5.1 based on Android 13 OS. It houses a 3900mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging and 10W wireless charging functionality. The smartphone packs up a triple rear camera setup that includes 50MP primary camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera, and 10MP telephoto lens.

Along with this, the device features a 12MP selfie camera. The other features include – an in-display fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, Wi-Fi 6E, and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

Samsung Galaxy S23 : Pricing

Currently, the smartphone is available in two storage variant options: the base model arrives with 128GB storage and is priced at Rs. 74,999 while the 256 GB variant is priced at Rs. 79,999. There is a high chance that the new color variant will come with the same price tags.

The exact launch date is not yet revealed by the company but it is expected to be super soon since the company has already released the teaser.
