Microsoft Edge’s built-in VPN rolled to few users , might launch sooner for all the users

The upcoming iteration of the Microsoft browser is called Edge 110 and this Edge browser comes with an in-built secure network VPN. Reportedly, Microsoft was testing the functionality of VPN for a year and now as per IndiaTimes many Edge users are able to use this in-built system. Though not many users have got access to Edge’s in-built VPN since a few users are able to use it, it clearly indicates that soon we might get to witness the launch of this security network for all users worldwide.

As per reports, the in-built VPN on Edge will offer 1 GB of data free each month, and 15GB of free data in total, and for further use, you may have to pay for it. Usually, when you use VPN and pay for the premium version, you get the option to choose a server location to access content that may not be available in your country. Well, this might not be the case with Edge’s VPN, as it is expected to provide VPN access from within the same region.

Edge’s VPN uses Cloudflare to protect users’ devices and sensitive data while they browse. This protects users’ data from online threats such as hackers `and this secure network of Edge can be used by users to protect their privacy.

Also according to a few online leaks, Edge 110 VPN will have three modes of operation: Selected sites, Optimised, and All Sites. Eventually, it is believed that Microsoft’s Edge browse will be arriving with features that will give tough competition to artificial intelligence, mainly to ChatGPT’s advanced version. The fact that this feature was made available to a few selected users suggests that Microsoft will be soon launching this Edge secure network soon.
