A bug causes iPhone 14 Pro models to freeze while transmitting data

Apple has confirmed the glitch that is causing iPhone 14 Pro models to freeze while transferring data. The fix will be available soon.

It’s only been a few days since Apple’s latest flagship series iPhone 14 went on sale, and users have already reported some bugs. Users reported yesterday that when using certain apps, the phone’s camera made a rattling noise. According to the most recent complaints, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max become stuck after data transfer due to bugs.

This glitch is reportedly specific to the Pro models and occurs when a user attempts to retrieve data from iCloud via the Quick Start process of their old iPhone, causing it to become uncommunicative.

Apple has accepted the glitch and stated that a fix is in the works. According to MacRumors, the tech behemoth confirmed in an internal memo that it is aware of the freezing issue and is investigating it. However, no official fix has been released. If the iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max becomes unresponsive for more than five minutes, users are advised to force restart their device. This would allow the iPhone to resume normal operation.

Users of the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max are also having trouble connecting their devices to an open Wi-Fi network during the activation process. However, the company stated that this was not a problem and advised users to resolve the issue by connecting to a PC or Mac with iTunes during the onboarding process when prompted to connect to a Wi-Fi network, and then returning to the settings to enable wifi. Apple has also advised iPhone 14 users to update to the most recent version of iOS in order to receive all of the fixes.
