ASUS has finally fixed the noise that users experienced starting with BIOS 330 on Rog Ally. Users can update Rog Ally through MyASUS and can get it resolved. Several users were facing this issue with their Rog Ally after updating to BIOS 330. One of the users named AlexHakeem wrote on Rog forum “After updating to BIOS 330, I began to hear sounds similar to electricity.
It looks like the sound source is somewhere near the fans.”

Another user wrote on Reddit “I thought I was going crazy hearing a near-constant buzzing sound. Thought there was dust in the fans or something so I took off the back cover. Turns out the sound is coming directly from the CPU in the center of the board”.
