Oppo A18 users in India can now apply for the ColorOS 14 Open Beta Program based on Android 14 and try out the new and improved features of the company’s latest custom skin on their device.

The company is recruiting 5000 Oppo A18 users in India for this particular beta testing program. Users should confirm that their device is updated to the detectable version: CPH2591_14.0.0.80(EX01). Since this is a beta version it arrives with some known and unknown issues.
One of the known issues is that after updating to this version, the operating system will do several actions to optimize your device automatically. This can be resolved by charging the device the whole night or waiting for it to become normal within a few days. Some third-party applications may also not be compatible with Android 14. Users are advised to back up their personal data before updating.
How to apply?
Step 1: Go to Settings > About device > Tap the top of the page > Tap icon on the top right > Trial versions > Beta> Fill in your information (This is important, as we’ll send you a satisfaction survey with a message to collect your feedback) > Apply Now
Step 2: Update About device > Download Now (after the application is successful)
