Funtouch OS 13 update rolled out to Vivo and iQOO devices ; Check the new features added , list of eligible devices

Since the start of 2023 , many devices have started receiving the latest update based on Android 13 version .Whether it’s Samsung , OnePlus or Xiaomi each of the company is trying it’s best to rollout the Android 13 update on their devices for the improvement of user experience and safety purposes . Similarly the turn of Vivo and iQOO smartphones have also arrived to receive this latest update .

Funtouch OS 13 is the latest version based on Android 13 for the Vivo and iQOO devices . It comes with a variety of new features , improvements , customization options and many more . Many of the Vivo and iQOO smartphones have already received this update till now though initially only the high-end flagship phones of the brands received this update .

New added features of Funtouch OS 13

• First one is the monochrome icons and design in which the icons have black outlining with a specific shade of color based on the wallpaper . Along with this you also get several color presets to choose that can be applied to system apps , app drawer , notification panel , volume picker etc .
• You get a new feature called App pinning , in this the app cannot be closed unless the back and recent buttons are pressed together . Also the app is pinned on the screen though this option is only available when using the 3-button navigation bar .
• Users also get to implement ‘Stabilization ring’ for more accurate and well framed pictures . Settings like vibrance , brightness , contrast , exposure levels can also be changed by simply swiping horizontally or vertically within the viewfinder to fine-tune the shot .
• The problem of overheating is also solved with this new update as several new optimizations automatically pauses or reduces number of apps running in background . So the users can now play games on their device without any worry .
• Hidden album feature has been introduced in the gallery to maintain the privacy of users .
• A brand new AQI widget is introduced which gives information regarding air quality such as PM2.5 and PM10 levels . You can easily place this widget on your home screen .
• You also get all in one feature called Assistance Settings that let’s you manage font & display size , magnification , talkback and color correction & inversion . This saves the users from the hustle of taking external help .
• App manager , new music player layout , control over app notifications , setting language on a per-app basis , security improvements and much more .
